1. Can items be returned?

We have a 30 day money back guarantee! If you receive your product and discover it's been damaged or broken, please reach out to us with a picture and description at support@freshhackz.com and we can either refund your money or send you a new product. 

After we have received the product it takes 1 to 2 business days to complete the process. Once the process is completed you can expect normal shipping times.

2. Where do we ship?

We ship globally.

3. How do I track my package?

After you place your order, you should receive an email with a tracking number. If there are any issues, feel free to contact us at support@freshhackz.com.

4. How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once your order has shipped, your order should arrive within 5-15 business days. You should receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped and also when it has been delivered.
